What is Vantor Fast View Tasking?

Vantor’s Fast View Tasking is a rapid delivery satellite imagery service designed to provide customers with imagery as quickly as possible after successful capture. Fast View captures on the first available satellite pass within a 24-hour window starting from the selected date and time, regardless of weather conditions.

Please note that Fast View orders are non-refundable for weather-related issues, including cloud cover or poor visibility caused by atmospheric conditions. 

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

• No capture was obtained at all during the tasking window, or
• The delivered data is corrupted or unusable due to a processing failure.
